Clean & spacious. Good service. Food is good. May 2025: Kind of gloomy for my eyes. Nice for people who likes a nice, warm, quiet & peaceful mealtime.

We had such a wonderful meal here recently. The food was absolutely delicious and served with such care. I was particularly impressed by the pad thai, which came with a generous portion of crunchy peanuts on the side and a fresh lime wedge to brighten everything up. The atmosphere was relaxing and perfect for a casual dinner. Everything on our table, from the fried rice to the crispy egg roll, tasted fresh and well-prepared. We will definitely be back soon to try more of the menu.

The Spicy Basil beef was really good! Fresh quality ingredients and spices. It was really quite better than I expected! It is a nice surprise to get an unexpected treat. The Green Curry chicken was a big game changer for me. Amazingly good! I will now have to re-examin all other Curry dishes as I use this as a new higher standard. Best Thai restaurant I have found anywhere. 😇😋👏

Tated #1 Thai in Roswell! We had to check it out!! Authentic atmosphere!! Super friendly staff! Good food!! Visiting Roswell NM (yes, THAT Roswell! 👽 👽) doing a campus visit at NMMI w the daughter and we stopped in for lunch. There is plenty of parking right next the building with easy in and out access. Also plenty of table seating (no booths that we saw). You sit where you like and there isn’t a long wait for service. We tried a few different dishes - starting with the Garlic roasted chicken wings - cooked crisp without the use of batter or flour; which we love, served piping hot with a fried garlic and scallion topping. This addition really ups the taste factor! I loved this! Next we had our choice of entrees - they DO have a lunch menu but you can also order anything on the menu. The daughter had her old standby Orange chicken (not a Thai dish but if she sees it on the menu she’s goin for it!), the hubs had his favorite Thai dish, green curry, and I had one of mine, mixed stir fry veggies w shrimp. I also added Bean sprouts to my dish. Now my hubs only comment was that his curry was a little thin, not with the thicker bodied curry gravy that we are used to and, it wasn’t as spicy as he would have liked; even though we told them Thai Hot and to NOT hold back on the spice lol. The flavor tho was good he said. My veggies were perfectly spiced and flavored, especially once I added the fish sauce and fresh chilies. The veggies are super fresh, cooked just crisp tender with lots of deep flavor. My spice was also perfect. The gravy is flavorful and satisfying eaten with perfectly cooked jasmine rice. All entrees have a choice of white or fried rice too! I Do hafta say though? Their fried egg rolls were fabulous! Burn ur tongue piping hot which I LOVE, while lightly fried to a GOLDEN golden brown. I love Thai egg rolls!! And these were exceptional. We also ordered drunken fried rice with no meat as a table side. Not sure what the Drunken part was but it was still good. Lol. A little more oily than I’m used to in a fried rice but flavor wise it was great! If you find urself in Roswell and are craving Thai food I definitely recommend checking out Lemongrass Thai, when our daughter starts here at NMMI it will DEF be a standing repeat stop for us!!

On vacation and craving Thai food. Pretty good food here. If you like spicy, get Thai hot. The regular hot is like a 1 on the 1 to 10 scale. Got Mongolian beef hot and my girl ordered seafood combo fried rice. We both cleared our plate.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly staff. The restaurant was clean, had great authentic Thai decor, and great variety of Thai food. The food came out fast! And I got a lunch special, so it was a great deal. Very nice restaurant.

I've been twice now after putting it off for so long and I don't know why. I have tried the shrimp Tom Yum and beef Thai salad (my favorite Thai dish). Both have tasted great and I highly recommend them. I love the flavor of the Tom yum but the shrimp was over cooked. The beef Thai salad has some heat but it's so good. The parking lot here is almost always full, lunch and dinner. If you love Thai food this is the place to go. I can't speak to their American Chinese dishes tho. Also the person who said the rice wasn't fresh bc it was lumpy... That's how jasmine rice is supposed to be.

The food was really good and they give you a sauce tray. Some items come with rice alongside the dish, and you have the option to get fried rice. The severs were nice and so was the atmosphere. I would come back again!

Very clean restaurant with fantastic service, and very fresh and flavorful Thai food. We had the drunken noodles and vegetable egg rolls and have been craving them ever since. My daughter said her Thai tea was perfect. I highly recommend this restaurant. We will be back as soon as we travel through again.

The food was absolutely delicious and our server was professional, attentive, and very efficient. She was there whenever we needed her however, we never felt rushed, never had to ask to have our drinks refilled, and it was really nice that she could anticipate our needs. The lunch portion was a satisfying amount and again was tasty. Every time we are in town from Ruidoso, this is the restaurant we all love to go to, children and adults included!

Service was great and super friendly, very clean restaurant, beautiful presentation, very reasonable prices, large portion sizes. Initially the fish sauce was a little heavy for us, but with the provided spices it was perfect. I know they were very open to customization as well! So glad we stopped by!

I have mostly ordered takeout from Lemon Grass and their food is always fantastic. Have only dined in a few times, but I've had good experiences each time. Highly recommend.

We were driving and spotted the restaurant and decided to visit. The food was tasty and made fresh to order. The ingredients used was fresh including the cilantro. Loved visiting here.

We came for a date night and got the orange chicken with the drunk noodles and everything was amazing. It was so much food me and my husband were able to share with each other and still have a little bit to take home. Amy was our waitress and she was amazing ! I loved her nails and she got our food out super fast and accurately. We got exactly what we ordered and how we ordered it and I’m so glad we got to stop in from ruidoso 🙂

Outstanding. Best Thai I have had in decades. Tom Ka, GREAT. Pad Ke Mao, GREAT!!! The appetizer special, great mix. I like the fusion aspect of the appetizer plate. Stop here. You will not regret it!

The food is so delicious! Staff is always so helpful w the menu & any questions me & my husband may have. Our usual waitress is Mia & she does a wonderful job. The place is always clean & relaxing. It’s always an enjoyable delicious experience when I stop in. Best food in town hands down!

Everything was delicious! Especially the Green curry! The soup was perfect! Our waitress was attentive and very kind. The chef came out and let us know there was a slight wait for an item but it was worth it!!

If you haven’t been to Lemongrass within the last few months, I highly suggest you do! The service is absolutely fantastic and the food is packed full of flavor! I had the green chicken curry. I’m pretty picky when it comes to eating out and this crew definitely didn’t disappoint! Adam was super friendly and helpful when it came to informing us about the dishes they have to offer.

We very much enjoyed this restaurant. We called ahead to order for pickup since we'd arrive about 30 minutes prior to closing. Adam was so nice and attentive and assured us that he'd get us taken care of. When we arrived, we were invited to sit and enjoy our food instead of taking it to go. We were very happy with our dishes and the service. We ordered chicken pad Thai, Panang curry, Pad woon sen and the banana egg rolls. While I wasn't able to taste the egg rolls, I was told multiple times how delicious they were. I tried all three main dishes and was very happy with each of them. Will definitely come back here the next time we pass through Roswell.

The food is delicious! The kitchen staff was diligent to get the food out to our table as quickly as possible and helpful with questions regarding the menu. Mia was our waitress and she did an excellent job attending to our needs while dining. Our drinks were consistently refilled throughout the evening. The green Thai tea, jalapeño pork egg rolls, and the egg drop soup are some of the must try items I'd recommend! We will definitely be going back to eat at Lemongrass regularly!

Best Thai Food I've ever had. Who would have thought that Roswell would be drawing me back, not for the aliens but for this amazing food. I've had thai in many different states, and by far this place has surpassed all on my expectations. Their curry is silky and delicious. You can taste all the variations of spices. Their veggies are fresh and not soggy. Their Pad Kee Mao is also amazing. I will be definitely making another trip to Roswell specifically for Lemon grass Thai food! My compliments to the Chef!

The food is amazing. Thank you to the cook. But whoever is working the register acts like she doesn't want to be there and gives my family attitude when we need a refill on our drinks. Our family enjoyed sitting in the restaurant but now we just pick up our order and go home.

Awesome Soup!! I had the Tom Kah aka the one with the coconut in it 😂 it was only $14.00 and they gave me a BIG bowl!! they waitress was really nice and polite older women. 10/10 cant wait to try the pad thai and everything else!

What a wonderful find in Roswell! We all got orange chicken, pad Thai, pot stickers, and mushroom with chicken. The food is delicious, and the staff is so friendly! The atmosphere is very comfortable, and we felt very at ease and enjoyed every bit of our dining experience. We will definitely be back, and, in fact, this restaurant just might be our new favorite!!!

2024 I ordered Shrimp Green Curry with Fried Rice, Egg Rolls and a Thai Tea. Everything was wonderful. 2023 Karly did a wonderful job and the food was amazing.

Although I rarely dine in, I frequently order pick-up from this restaurant, and the experience is always excellent. The food is consistently delicious, with a variety of healthy options available. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, making each visit a pleasure. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great takeout!

Have always loved LG! Best Asian food in all of Roswell. Chicken/Beef/Shrimp fried rice was the best! Chicken pad Thai was fantastic and tasty! Chicken chow mein was the best! Egg and pork rolls are delicious! Won’t go any place else for Thai in Roswell.

I am a big fan of Thai cuisine and this place was delicious! it was my first time at lemongrass but i will definitely come back. I ordered the drunken noddles with chicken and the chicken pad thai. I do have to say that the level of spicy ness is extreme so choose wisely. I asked for the pad thai “hot” and that was extremely spicy! nevertheless i still enjoyed the flavor and ate the whole plate. i love that you can taste the authentic thai flavors. overall, it was a delicious experience!

This place was a very pleasant surprise. The staff was super nice. Very clean professional environment and the food was soooooooo delicious!!!! I loved that they offered veggie dishes with the option to add tofu. My husbands Kong Pow was 🔥🔥🔥 our sons chicken fried rice and out oldest sons seaseme chicken he was still raving about when we came home lol. The friend rice was also sooo good and the veggie egg rolls had a perfect fresh crunch. Keep up the great work and food. Highly recommended will be back😁

This was, hands-down, my favorite restaurant while living in Roswell. Delicious meals and fair prices. The “Thai hot” level teriyaki chicken and pad Thai dishes set the standard for every Thai restaurant I have visited since, and they have not even come close to the heat this place can bring. It melts my face and leaves my mouth numb for the rest of the day. It’s perfect. Highly recommend if you’re a hot foodie.

We ate the orange chicken with steamed rice/fried rice and carrots/broccoli. It was cooked perfect. Waitress was well versed in serving. The restaurant was clean and peaceful, perfect for dinner.

The vegan options were nice. I enjoyed that I could sit at my own table and eat a lot in my own fashion without being told anything. The food was good and the plating was lovely, especially the white rice.

It's such an amazing restaurant! I moved in from Texas, and they had this great Thai restaurant called Nom's Kitchen in Corpus. After moving, I missed it so, so much. Luckily, I found Lemon Grass! It has amazing Thai food, and the curry really helped ease the homesickness of not being able to go to Nom's. Everytime I'm in Roswell, I beg to go here. The food is amazing, and the staff is unbelievably nice. I recommend this restaurant to all who love Thai food, and I definitely recommend it for anyone who hasn't tried it yet before! :] This restaurant is a pleasure, and such a comfort <3

Our waitress was so nice and kind. It seemed like she was having a rough time with another costumer over some “inedible” chow mein . I had ordered the same thing around the same time they did and it was soo good!

Great Thai food! We were famished after visiting the UFO museum. This restaurant is South of the town center. We showed up between lunch and dinner, but everything was fresh and unexpectedly (for the region, of course) delicious. Just the right amount of heat, too. Surroundings arent exotic, but the food will more than make up for it. We ordered Orange Chicken, Pad Thai, and Beef Thai Salad.

Visiting from Tulsa, OK checking out all the alien stuff and has to pick somewhere to eat. This place was delicious with lots of options. The crab rangoons were a little small, but still delicious. Lunch portion was large! Would visit again.

Quality food. Too many things on the menu that I love to mention here, but the panang curry is up there. I like super spicy so I go for the Thai hot when I can.

My daughter wanted Asian food between appointments in Roswell and we chose Lemon Grass because it was the only Asian restaurant near the office that was open under waining Covid-19 restrictions....this IS.THE.BEST Thai food we have ever had. I told my husband about it and now we have to make a special trip so he can try it. We had great service, great food, very clean and friendly.

I have been coming here forever and the food is always phenomenal. Everything that comes out of their kitchen is delicious! Very clean with a nice atmosphere. The workers are always friendly. Go here and you will not be disappointed.

Do to an emergency, they will be closed until mid January 2021. I have lived and traveled all over this country... They have the best Orange chicken bar none. Their sesame chicken is superb. Pad Thai is excellent but, sometimes tastes fishy, warning for those who have a seafood allergy or peanut.

Lemon Grass is one of the best Asian resturants in Roswell. My boyfriend loves the curry and the Thai Beef Jerky. The chow mein here is so delicious. Try the Thai Tea!

As close to authentic Thai food as you can get. The cooks are Thai. There's a mixture of other Asian dishes as well. Staff is also quite friendly, and food is usually pretty quick to come out.

Amazing food, we go every time we go,through Roswell. The staff is great, the food is great, and I never leave feeling unsatisfied or like we got inferior setvice than before. The food is real Thai, not just spicy noodles with peanut butter like so many Americanized Thai restaurants are. This os owned and operated by a Thai family, and I feel like I am getting a genuine experience. The greatness is always consistent, and we will always return for more!

I had the soup in a hot pot, it came out with flames it was fun and good with a mixture of flavors that I enjoyed. I recommend this restaurant, a nice break from the chain restaurants.
