Lemon Grass Thai Restaurant in Roswell, NM

Tated #1 Thai in Roswell! We had to check it out!! Authentic atmosphere!! Super friendly staff! Good food!! Visiting Roswell NM (yes, THAT Roswell! 👽 👽) doing a campus visit at NMMI w the daughter and we stopped in for lunch. There is plenty of parking right next the building with easy in and out access. Also plenty of table seating (no booths that we saw). You sit where you like and there isn’t a long wait for service. We tried a few different dishes - starting with the Garlic roasted chicken wings - cooked crisp without the use of batter or flour; which we love, served piping hot with a fried garlic and scallion topping. This addition really ups the taste factor! I loved this! Next we had our choice of entrees - they DO have a lunch menu but you can also order anything on the menu. The daughter had her old standby Orange chicken (not a Thai dish but if she sees it on the menu she’s goin for it!), the hubs had his favorite Thai dish, green curry, and I had one of mine, mixed stir fry veggies w shrimp. I also added Bean sprouts to my dish. Now my hubs only comment was that his curry was a little thin, not with the thicker bodied curry gravy that we are used to and, it wasn’t as spicy as he would have liked; even though we told them Thai Hot and to NOT hold back on the spice lol. The flavor tho was good he said. My veggies were perfectly spiced and flavored, especially once I added the fish sauce and fresh chilies. The veggies are super fresh, cooked just crisp tender with lots of deep flavor. My spice was also perfect. The gravy is flavorful and satisfying eaten with perfectly cooked jasmine rice. All entrees have a choice of white or fried rice too! I Do hafta say though? Their fried egg rolls were fabulous! Burn ur tongue piping hot which I LOVE, while lightly fried to a GOLDEN golden brown. I love Thai egg rolls!! And these were exceptional. We also ordered drunken fried rice with no meat as a table side. Not sure what the Drunken part was but it was still good. Lol. A little more oily than I’m used to in a fried rice but flavor wise it was great! If you find urself in Roswell and are craving Thai food I definitely recommend checking out Lemongrass Thai, when our daughter starts here at NMMI it will DEF be a standing repeat stop for us!!

Came here off of a recommendation- the food here was great, really hit the spot! I got the orange chicken with veggies- delicious! The restaurant was clean and the service was delightful, despite them being busy for dinner. I will definitely be eating here more often!

On vacation and craving Thai food. Pretty good food here. If you like spicy, get Thai hot. The regular hot is like a 1 on the 1 to 10 scale. Got Mongolian beef hot and my girl ordered seafood combo fried rice. We both cleared our plate.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly staff. The restaurant was clean, had great authentic Thai decor, and great variety of Thai food. The food came out fast! And I got a lunch special, so it was a great deal. Very nice restaurant.

All around great restaurant outstanding Thai food great Chinese food as well as good service love this place!

Went to lemongrass today, all the servers very nice, the atmosphere was so calming. Food was a 10/10!!

Friendly staff, clean interior, good food. The best egg drop soup I ever had and I've had a lot..lol. My compliments to the chef on that one. DELICIOUS 😋

The orange chicken here was delicious,and the customer service was also great. They were very friendly!

I've been twice now after putting it off for so long and I don't know why. I have tried the shrimp Tom Yum and beef Thai salad (my favorite Thai dish). Both have tasted great and I highly recommend them. I love the flavor of the Tom yum but the shrimp was over cooked. The beef Thai salad has some heat but it's so good. The parking lot here is almost always full, lunch and dinner. If you love Thai food this is the place to go. I can't speak to their American Chinese dishes tho. Also the person who said the rice wasn't fresh bc it was lumpy... That's how jasmine rice is supposed to be.

The food was really good and they give you a sauce tray. Some items come with rice alongside the dish, and you have the option to get fried rice. The severs were nice and so was the atmosphere. I would come back again!

Very clean restaurant with fantastic service, and very fresh and flavorful Thai food. We had the drunken noodles and vegetable egg rolls and have been craving them ever since. My daughter said her Thai tea was perfect. I highly recommend this restaurant. We will be back as soon as we travel through again.

The food was absolutely delicious and our server was professional, attentive, and very efficient. She was there whenever we needed her however, we never felt rushed, never had to ask to have our drinks refilled, and it was really nice that she could anticipate our needs. The lunch portion was a satisfying amount and again was tasty. Every time we are in town from Ruidoso, this is the restaurant we all love to go to, children and adults included!

Service was great and super friendly, very clean restaurant, beautiful presentation, very reasonable prices, large portion sizes. Initially the fish sauce was a little heavy for us, but with the provided spices it was perfect. I know they were very open to customization as well! So glad we stopped by!

The customer service is absolutely amazing 🤩... I will highly recommend this gem 💎 in Roswell NM. My favorite dish is the drunken noodles 😋,the 🍤 shrimp tempura and every other dish 😋... 🌺💐💎🤗🙏❤️😋

I have mostly ordered takeout from Lemon Grass and their food is always fantastic. Have only dined in a few times, but I've had good experiences each time. Highly recommend.

We were driving and spotted the restaurant and decided to visit. The food was tasty and made fresh to order. The ingredients used was fresh including the cilantro. Loved visiting here.

Great customer service and amazing food 😋 the menu has a great variety of flavor and the restaurant is clean and inviting. I always have a great experience and any issues are handled with professionalism and fairness. I love it!

The food was tasty and had a nice spice level. One of my favorite stops in Roswell! Amy was a super nice server too.

We came for a date night and got the orange chicken with the drunk noodles and everything was amazing. It was so much food me and my husband were able to share with each other and still have a little bit to take home. Amy was our waitress and she was amazing ! I loved her nails and she got our food out super fast and accurately. We got exactly what we ordered and how we ordered it and I’m so glad we got to stop in from ruidoso 🙂
